Purchases are made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment & Shipping

All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$) and may change without notice.

Payment is made security by direct credit or via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase. Payment can be made using your credit card. We do not store your credit card information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the total order. Express Post may be selected at additional cost. Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please contact me for a quote.

Your order will be shipped within three (3) working days of the order being received. Please note that Blue Radish is located in Australia and shipping to other parts of the world may take 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately Blue Radish has no control over shipping after it leaves our hands at the post office.

International Duties, Taxes and Charges

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to investigate and pay any additional customs duties or charges that may be applicable in your country. These are not included in the sale price.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Blue Radish cannot refund or exchange if you change your mind.

I take the greatest care in producing your items and inspect each item before shipping. I aim to provide the highest quality items possible. I also take care to photograph and describe my items accurately. Be aware, however, that all computers/devices will display colours differently so the colour of the product you receive may be slightly different from the photographs online.

However, if you feel an item is faulty please advise me within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. If I deem there is a problem, I will either replace the item or provide a full refund upon return of the item. Return postage fees are your responsibility. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging.

I’m a sorry that there can be no refund or exchange on custom orders. If there is a problem with your order, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the problem.

Please bear in mind that all Blue Radish items are hand printed and many are hand made. As such, they may include minor variations and imperfections. These are what gives hand printed and handmade items their unique quality and individual personality. Inks are mixed by hand and colours may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Privacy Policy

Blue Radish will not disclose your details to any third party. All transactions are handled securely via PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

The Blue Radish website uses cookies to record visitor use of the site.

Care Instructions

Care instructions are provided in each product listing. Please follow these instructions to ensure the durability of your printed goods. Blue Radish cannot refund or replace items which are damaged or worn due to incorrect care.
